Directors:
Three members of the computer club shall be elected by the members, plus Richard Denesiuk as ex-officio, who shall act as directors and be charged with the general management and supervision of the affairs and operations of the club, to include organisation of a programme for the monthly meetings, and other special events as they may arise from time to time.
Election and Duties
The elected directors shall be elected for a two-year term.
- The Directors shall also prepare the receipt, expenditures and accounting of the club funds and shall present the membership with a summary of accounts at least once a year, or when called upon to do so.
- The directors may select people as and when necessary to allotted short term tasks that may be deemed useful to the club, such as :- organizing socials, selling newsletter advertising and recruiting new members.
Annual Membership Fees:
The annual fees for membership will be set by Creative Retirement of which twelve and one half percent (12 1/2%) shall be allotted to the Computer Club.
To be eligible for membership in the computer club first entails being a member of Creative Retirement.
