Pioneers, Volunteers and Students with Creative Retirement
Creative Retirement runs as a result of its Volunteers. They teach courses, do administration, committee work and everything it takes to keeps our organization going. Students are why we do what we do and are wonderful out-going people.

- Tribute to Two Volunteers: Bunty Judd and Geneviève Perchotte W ithout the efforts of enthusiastic volunteers like Bunty Judd and Geneviève Perchotte it would be impossible for Creative Retirement to function in the efficient way it does. Spring 1999
- When One is Retired, It is Important to Reach Out for More Activities Theresa Pastrick and Kathleen Heesaker, mother and daughter; Alice and Ray Hawkins, wife and husband; Nelson Harvey are some of the wonderful people who take course with Creative Retirement. Winter 1999
- Kathleen Hitchcock and Giselle Kovacs: Kathleen read about it in the newspaper; Giselle heard about it from Age and Opportunity. It all began with Do-in, deep breathing, meditation, exploring the senses, reflexology and more. Winter 1998
- Marcel Pelletier: When Marcel Pelletier retired in 1987 from the Winnipeg School Division after 37 years as a teacher and senior administrator, a colleague said: "I have always recognized him as a man of energy and high creativity. He has the power to motivate people as well." Spring 1998
- Isabelle Dryden and Jean Johnson: The classes taught by computer club members Isabella Dryden and Jean Johnson form part of Creative Retirement Manitoba's ongoing courses at the West End Senior Centre. While not boasting equipment on the cutting edge of technology, students have the use of 15 486DX/50 PC machines equipped with Windows 95. Fall 1998
