My wife have has been diagnosed with severe DIVERTICULITIS and the dicision will be made in two months whether or not she will be operated. Can you give me a Net address that will outline the proper diet including the do-eat's and the don't-eat's. So many people claim to know about this and give advice. I'ld like to know. Sorry to hear about your wife - the following URL will take you where you want - it is a service for both medical professionals and the layman - it offers you several search engines - the one I use is 'Infoseek', but they're all probably good - for the hell of it, I searched 'diverticulitis' and got 73 items - I checked the first ... there was more do-eat's than don't- eats - the general tone was, 'eat lots of fibre' - I expect her gastroenterologist gave her a list of 'no-no's' ... if not, ask for one ... hope all goes well.
