I would like to know why you would hemorrhage from diverticulitis.
I also have diarrhea on a daily basis.
Cramping also accompanies my symptoms.

Hi John ... sorry to hear about your problem.
Rectal bleeding is not uncommon in diverticulitis. It may, however be a symptom of some other problem so you shouldn't delay in consulting your physician/gastroenterologist. It's most important that an early differential diagnosis be made and appropriate measures taken.
