Dear Dr. Rollo, I would like your opinion on my particular health problems. I feel very fatigued, dizzy, headaches, nausea my scalp is very sore to the touch and I am sure that it swells up and I have an irritable bowel. I have been ill for over six years and no-one really knows what the hell is wrong with me. I have been given the diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome. Do you agree with this diagnosis? Signed desperate and very depressed.

Hi ... very sorry to learn of your troubles. I regret I can't comment on your diagnosis ... my expertise is in pharmacology and therapeutics and not the practice of medicine.
